Shipping Policy Sample Orders Express shipping via DHL, FedEx, or UPS (5-10 business days). Shipping cost is charged at checkout or invoiced separately for sample orders. Bulk / Project Orders Shipping by sea (FCL/LCL) or air freight, per project requirements. Available Incoterms: EXW Zhongshan, FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou/Hong Kong, CIF destination port, DDP for selected markets. Lead time: 20-35 days production plus transit time per route. We will provide a detailed shipping quote after order confirmation. Production Lead Times - Standard items: 15-25 days - Custom finishes: 25-40 days - Full OEM with new packaging: 35-55 days Packaging All products are packed in export-grade carton boxes with foam protection. Palletization available for bulk orders. Custom packaging options can be arranged. Notes - Shipping address must be provided before production begins for custom/OEM orders. - For large orders, we recommend ocean freight and can arrange container loading at our facility in Zhongshan. - Transit damage claims must be reported with photo evidence within 7 days of delivery.
