What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ starts at 10 units per design. For custom/OEM orders, the MOQ may vary depending on complexity โ contact us for specific requirements. We're flexible for the right project.
How do I request a quote?
You can submit a quote request through our online form, email us at sales@entropybright.com, or reach us directly on WhatsApp. Include your project details, quantities, and any reference images.
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
Standard quotes are provided within 24 hours on business days (Monday-Friday, China Standard Time). Custom projects requiring engineering review may take 48-72 hours โ we'll keep you updated.
What information do you need for a quote?
The more detail, the better. Ideal: product reference images or sketches, desired quantities, target finish/materials, project timeline, and delivery destination. If you're not sure, just share what you have โ we'll help clarify.

Can you manufacture custom designs?
Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM services. You can provide a sketch, CAD drawing, 3D model, or simply an inspiration photo. Our engineering team will assess feasibility, suggest optimizations, and provide a manufacturable design with 3D renderings.
Do you provide samples before mass production?
Always. For custom orders, we produce a prototype/sample for your approval before mass production begins. You can request revisions until the sample meets your standards. Sample lead time is typically 7-15 business days depending on complexity.
What file formats do you accept for custom designs?
We accept: DWG, DXF, STEP, IGES, SketchUp, PDF drawings, and even photos/screenshots. If you have a rough concept, that works too โ our team can develop it into a production-ready design.

What are typical lead times?
Stock items: 3-7 business days.
Custom orders: 15-30 business days after sample approval, depending on quantity and complexity.
Large projects (500+ units): 30-45 business days.
We'll provide an exact timeline in your quotation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide. We ship to 50+ countries. We support sea freight, air freight, and express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS). Full export documentation provided โ commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any required certifications.
What are your payment terms?
Standard: 30% deposit upfront, 70% balance before shipment.
Large orders: Negotiable terms available for established partners.
Payment methods: T/T (bank transfer), PayPal (for smaller orders), and other methods by arrangement.
How do you ensure quality?
Every fixture undergoes multi-stage QC: incoming material inspection, in-process checks during assembly, and final pre-shipment testing. We photograph each batch before packing. Defective units are replaced at our cost.

Are your products certified?
Our products can be manufactured to meet CE, UL, RoHS, and other market-specific standards. Certification availability depends on the product โ let us know your target market and we'll confirm applicable standards.
Can you provide test reports?
Yes. We provide test reports, material certificates, and photometric data upon request. These documents are included in your shipment package for customs and building compliance.
