Return and Refund Policy Sample Orders 14-day return for unopened, unused samples. Return shipping at buyer's cost. Refund processed within 7 business days of receiving returned item. Bulk / Project Orders Bulk orders are made-to-order. Returns accepted only for: manufacturing defects, wrong specifications shipped, transit damage with photo evidence within 7 days of delivery. Replacement or refund handled per case. Custom / OEM Orders Custom and OEM orders are non-returnable except for: manufacturing defects against approved sample, wrong specifications, or transit damage. All custom orders require approved pre-production sample before mass production.
