Minimum order quantity (MOQ)
MOQ is confirmed per SKU and project scope. Tell us your quantity and we'll confirm what's workable for that fixture.
Samples
Samples are available on request for most project-ready fixtures, so you can confirm finish and build before committing.
Customization
We can discuss finish, suspension/drop length, packaging and labeling, and selected size adjustments. Custom development scope is confirmed per project.
Packaging
Packaging is confirmed per product and destination. Private-label and custom labeling are available for project and OEM orders.
Lead time
Lead time is confirmed per SKU and project once specification and quantity are agreed. We give realistic dates rather than site-wide guarantees.
Technical documentation
Specification sheets, CAD, IES, and BIM availability vary by model and are provided on request for verified SKUs.
Certification
Certification (e.g. UL/ETL, FCC) is model-specific. Share your destination market's requirements and we'll confirm what each fixture can meet — we don't make site-wide certification claims.
Shipping
We coordinate freight to your destination; cost, method, and incoterms are confirmed per quantity, destination, and project.
