Warranty Coverage

We provide a 1-year warranty on all lighting fixtures against manufacturing defects. This covers:

  • Electrical component failures under normal use
  • Structural defects in materials and workmanship
  • Finish integrity (normal wear excluded)

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from improper installation or handling
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Modifications made by the buyer or third parties
  • Light source (LED/bulb) burnout beyond warranty period

Damaged/Defective Items Process

  1. Report within 48 hours: Contact us with photos of damage/defect
  2. Assessment: Our QC team will evaluate and confirm coverage
  3. Resolution: We will arrange replacement parts or full unit replacement
  4. Shipping: Return shipping for warranty claims is covered by us

Refund Policy for Projects

  • Sample orders: Full refund if defective upon arrival
  • Bulk/project orders: Refunds processed for confirmed manufacturing defects
  • Custom/OEM orders: Subject to mutual agreement on defect determination
