Warranty Coverage
We provide a 1-year warranty on all lighting fixtures against manufacturing defects. This covers:
- Electrical component failures under normal use
- Structural defects in materials and workmanship
- Finish integrity (normal wear excluded)
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from improper installation or handling
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Modifications made by the buyer or third parties
- Light source (LED/bulb) burnout beyond warranty period
Damaged/Defective Items Process
- Report within 48 hours: Contact us with photos of damage/defect
- Assessment: Our QC team will evaluate and confirm coverage
- Resolution: We will arrange replacement parts or full unit replacement
- Shipping: Return shipping for warranty claims is covered by us
Refund Policy for Projects
- Sample orders: Full refund if defective upon arrival
- Bulk/project orders: Refunds processed for confirmed manufacturing defects
- Custom/OEM orders: Subject to mutual agreement on defect determination
